WEEKLY PRODUCE REPORT. Wellington. June 30. The New Zealand Farmers’ Cooperative Distributing Co., Ltd n report as follows ■ Potatoes show every sign of a decided weakening in values, and from reliable reports we gather that farmers are holding back supplies to an extent unwarranted by the season s outlook. AA’e therefore look for a sharp decline during the next month or so. Seed Up-to-Dates are, however, maintaining their values and the demand is very good. Onions are very slow of sale . Eggs have fallen considerably and sales are slow, buyers holding off .expecting further decline. AA’e think, however, that values will remain at present quotations for a week or so.
