ALLEGED LABOUR BLACKMAIL.
UPROAR IN THE ASSEMBLY. (Received 1, 11.5 a.m.) Sydney, July 2. In the Assembly, Air. Perry askea for a Royal Commission to inquire into the allegation that unioassagents go round the country blackmailing employers by threatening prosecution. This created uproar. Mr. Perry said he would produce fifty witnesses to prove they ha<S been blackmailed in this wav. The matter was dropped.
