Palmerston N., June 22. The National Dairy Conference was concluded to-day, when valuable papers were read by Mr. J.! Cudaie, Dairy Commissioner, on the dairying industry; by Mr. C. J. Reaks, Chief Government Veterinary Surgeon, on pasteurisation. and pigs; by Mr. T. W. Kirk, Go-! vernment Biologist, on diseases j and pests in farmers’ orchardsand gardens; by Mr. T. R. Hodder, on winter feed : and by Mr. J. Kyle,! on the Ayrshire breed of cattle. | r ■' !
