ACCIDENTS AND DEATHS.
Gisborne. June 20. A native of Wairau named Toheriri, whilst riding on Saturday night, came into collision with a buggy, and the shaft of the vehicle penetrated his thigh, and the horses trampled on him. He died in the hospital to-day.
