SHOOTING SEASON. THE Shooting Season will commence on the Ist May and close 31st July, 1911, both days inclusive. License fee (£1), which entitles holders of such licenses to shoot Cock Pheasants and Californian Quail. These licenses can be obtained ! from any Money-order Office within the district. Native game that may be killed are: —Pukeko, Grey Ducks, Teal, and Black Swan. Paradise Ducks are protected C. A. FITZROY, J Hon. Secretary.
