THE LEMTA ATROCITIES.

Paris, June 2. The Moorish Government explains the destruction of Lemta was an act of reprisal against tlm ruffians who quartered themselves in the district and cruelly m.a.L. treated several postmen, murder*ing one and gouging out the eyes of another. The sale of women and children is denied.
