HAS POWER TO BORROW.. Wellington. May 30. The Chief Jixtice gave his reserved decision as to the power oE the Taradale Town Board to borrow £3O«K) for a public library,,, town hall and offices. His Honordecided the Board had the power to borrow under the Local Bodies; Loans Act.
