SUICIDE.

Stratford, May 24. A young man named Hugh Kennedy, aged 22. engaged as a plumber at Midhirst, cut his throat with a razor yesterday. Death was instantaneous. At the inquest held to-day a verdict was returned of suicide while temporarily insane, caused by continual ill-health.
