It is believed the dispute involved the life of Navarro, the Federal ' General, w’ho was secretly sent to lEI Paso by order of Madero. i Navarro was suspended for crueli ty in previous battles. The rebels have occupied Canaca. ’ and Sonora and threaten Nogales.
