RAILAGE OF STOCK.
A SOUTHERN COMPLAINT. PEB PRESS ASSOCIATION. j Dunedin, May 6. A deputation from the Farmers' I nion this morning complained to : the Hon. Millar about the delays in transit of stock on the railways of the South Island. The Minis- ! ter said he could not understand delays having occurred because instructions 'were given to always forward stock in preference to other goods. He would issue in- ! structions that no such delay ; should take place in future.
