MEXICAN REVOLT.
FEDERAL TROOPS ON THE MOVE. (Received 1, 8.5 a.m.) Mexico, April 30. Reports from El Paso. Chihuahua. assert that a thousand Federal reinforcements are moving towards Jaurez. Madero says the movement ol this force breaks the armistice. Madero telegraphed to President Diaz concerning the matter. The reply he received stated that the Government knew nothing about it. Madero is unable to communicate with Chihuahua.
