HOME RULE.
ARRIVAL OF DELEGATES. (Received 26, 10.45 a.m.) Hobart, April 26. The Irish delegates, Messrs. Redmond, Hazelton, and Donovan, arrived aboard the Rotorua, and were welcomed by the actin gPremier. Mr. Redmond declared the people of England were in full sympathy with the Irish movement. They were now engaged in the greatest revolution since the days of Cromwell, throwing over the last vestige of power and prestige of. the ascendant party, and declaring the people must. rule. Mr. Donovan said they had come to Australia with what he believed to be the last appeal to their sympathisers for financial aid.
