MR. O’BRIEN’S VIEWS
(Received 24, 8.45 a.m.) London, April 23
Mr. William O’Brien, speaking at Cork, said that even if the Veto Bill were passed forthwith unaltered, it would be humanly impossible to carry any Home Rule measure worth talking about with the present Parliament in power. No responsible front benchers would dare to say it was possible to establish an Irish Parliament without another election.
