AS VIEWED BY PUBLICANS. (Received 21. 9.30'a.m.) Sydney, April 21. The l icensed Victuallers’ Asso ciation discussed the question of temperance hotels. Statements were made saying that prohibition cities in America were dismalgloomy places.
