A T the request of a large number of burgesses, I am again offering my services for the position of Councillor. If again elected I will (as in the past) advocate the appointment of a practical permanent engineer, contract work, and reorganisation of the staff; also to take a firmer grip on the spending of all moneys, and generally to deal with all matters brought before the Council in a fair and impartial manner.
