The New Zealand Farmers’ Cooperative Distributing Co., Ltd., report as follows Potatoes have advanced considerably , and for prime lines of Southern grown we have obtained at recent sales as high as £6. It is, however, hardly likely that they will rise much higher. Onions have also risen somewhat. Vegetables are unchanged. Cooking apples are higher and in better demand. Keen, enquiries for good well-coloured desserts. Quinces aie now advancing. Eggs are unchanged, although a rise should take place next week in anticipation of Easter demand.
