HUKARERE SCHOOL.
LONG DISTANCE SWIMMING. At the Napier Municipal Baths, under the supervision of the Custodian, Mr. F. Darling, the following girls from the Hukarere School succeeded in gaining the certificates for long distance issued by the N.Z. Swimming Association:— Half-mile. — Rangiaia Natana, AVatii Waretini, Ada .Potae, Morunga Raha Wattu. Quarter-mile . — Taina Ratena, Ngarere Turei. 100 Yards.—Aorangi Pohe, Lucy Pahewa, Haurawhiti Kauru.
