HARBOUR ELECTIONS.
[PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. ] Levin, April 8. The Horowhenua County Council resolved to-day that it would ‘•Take no action in the election of Harbour Board members as a protest against the new cumbersome and expensive system of election.’'
