LASSOOES HIS BRIDE. AND SHOOTS HER RELATIVES (Received 8, a. 5 a.m.) New York, April 7. Cliff Root, a cowboy, at Billings, in Montana, lassooed his bride and dragged her body miles across country. The woman’s head was crushed. Root then shot his bro-ther-in-law dead, shot the w’idowed sister of his first wife, afterwards killing his stepson and committed suicide later. It is believed he suddenly became insane as the result of domestic troubk-o.
