The secretary of the Napier Chamber of Commerce has received from the secretary of the Post Office the following letter concernthe cost of telephone communication Sir,—l have to inform you . that the Chief Postmaster, Napier, is being instructed to see that the claim for the cost of a communication exceeding 3c] in value contains the code call of the town to which the communication was sent. It is regretted that the telephone exchange number of the person communicated with cannot also be given.
