London, Mar. 30. The “Times” states that as a result of the Board of Trade inquiry, the Public Prosecutor is prosecuting Robert Herbert Measures, formerly managing director of Measures Brothers, iron a,nd steel merchants, who were compulsorily liquidated.

Besides the penalties imposed for motor frauds, Turner will have to pay £4200 under-paid duty.
