FOOTBALL.
HASTINGS RUGBY SUBUNION. The 1910 committee of the above union met last night in Mr. G. F. Reach’s office, Mr. Roach presiding. there were also present Messrs. Jas. Garnett. AV. Keith, T. Nesbitt, R. Paul, L. F. Pegler, and Rev. Father Kerley. The report and bal-ance-sheet were presented and it was decided to have same typed and presented to the annual meeting to be held on Tuesday, 4th April, in the Old Library. Messrs. Garnett and Pegler were instructed to make arrangements for the levelling and sowing of the number one ground at the Rigde.
