A report from San Antogio states that the United States intends to intervene in Mexico in May unless the insurrection is crushed. Six thousand additional men are preparing to join the American forces.
The leaders of the revolutionary junta declare that the insurgents’ policy is to capture and hold Chihuahua, and state if the United States intervenes the insurgents will fight the invader. A report from .San Antonio Washington that Madero has issued decrees holding Diaz personally responsible for homicide if the insurrectionists are sho\i under the suspension of his guarantees of personal safety. All State officials aiding Diaz will be held responsible as accessories to the homicide.
