HIS CARCASE WASHED ASHORE.

The Wellington Post to-night publishes a telegram that a earcase, supposed to be that of Pelorus Jack, the peculiar fish which has frequented French Pass for many years, has been washed ashore at Admiralty Bay. The report is not confirmed. The Order-in-Council protecting Pelorus Jack expires on Mav 21th.
