PROMOTION OF FRATERNAL

UNITY.

(Received 21, 9.30 a.m.)

Melbourne, Mar. 21.

The Rechabite conference resolved, in order to promote full fraternal unity, to establish a Rechabite Federal Council or moveable conference for Australasia and New Zealand. It was thought desirable also to recommend consolidation of the • sick funds, and the conference decided, in view of the arrival of large numbers of British Rechabite immigrants, that- they should endeavour to obtain the necessary alteration in the laws so as to provide clearance for oversea immigrants in Australia and New Zealand.
