DRILLING TROOPS IN CHINA. New York, Mar. 7. Passengers by the China liner Asia, which has arrived at San Francisco, assert that they saw’ Sir Hector Macdonald drilling troops in China. The Asia’s * officers assert that the British navy officers of the warship Kent corroborated the story.
