THE EXTRA SESSION.

IPRESS ASSOCIATION.—COPYRFOHT.j

London, March 6.

The Tariff Reform. Commission published an elaborate memorandum dealing with the CanadianAmerican agreement. It includes the report of Mr. A; Matthews, the London market reporter, to the Board of Agriculture. He says that freetrade in meat in North America may increase the price in Great Britain.
