The Huntly Volunteer Hall and Daley’s saddlery shop were totally i destroyed by fire at 2 o’clock this morning. The Post Office was damaged to the extent of £3OO. • The fire originated in Daley’s shop. ’The Volunteer Hall and Daley’s i shop were both owned by Mr. I Ralph and were uninsured. Daley’s | stock was insured for £5O, and the I Postmaster’s furniture for £2OO in [the New Zealand. The cause of • the fire. is unknown.
