A PRISONER’S ANGUISH.

Auckland, Feb. 24. •Albert Alfred Cash, charged at the Supreme Court with the murder of his wife at Helensville*, . on Christmas Day, was led into the pnsoneris box sobbing uncontrollably. He frequently succumbed to renewed outbursts of Weeping. Hw hair had turned white at the back of his head since the last proceedings, and there were deep lines, not- present before, scarring his forehead. The case will last the whole day.
