To-morrow afternoon the third round of the first grade competition will commence. United play Ahuriri on the Recreation Ground,
ind Scinde meet Hastings on the Heretaunga ground.
SATURDAY’S TEAMS.
United (first grade) v. Ahuriri: Anderson, Barker, Cato, Chadwick, Dalgleish, Hindmarsh, Lusk, Smyrk, White (2), and Wood. Scinde v. Hastings: —Ashcroft, Andrews, Brumby, Bailey, Donovan, Fenton, Grant, Hawke, Harston, O’Brien, and Spackman. Players leave by 1.30 p.m. train. The following will represent Hastings against Scinde on Heretaunga Ground :—Young, Baker, Betts, Kolbe, Martin, Ryan, Geake. Davis, Overton, Cato, Atkinson, and Chaplin. Players are requested to be on the ground not later than 2.15.
