BREACH OF BANKRUPTCY ACT.

AUCKLAND MERCHANT FOUND GUILTY. Auckland, Feb. 20. Walter Frances Darby, soft goods warehouseman, was found guilty at the Supreme Court of seven charges in breach of the Bankruptcy Act, six charges of obtaining credit having no reasonable expectations of paying his debts, and one charge of failing to keep proper books. Accused was remanded in custody until Tuesday morning.
