CONDITIONS. 1 Races 4,8, and 8 on each day are open to all horses. 2No deduction will be made from the advertised stakes. 3 Hack Definition.—No horse shall be eligible to start in the Hack events which has at the time of nomination won a race of the value of 100 sovs to the winner, or races of the aggregate value of 250 sovs to the winner. The amount won by any horse in flat races, hurdle races, or steeplechases respectively, shall be estimated separately, and shall not debar such horse from entry except in the special class of race in which he has won the amounts. 4 Description, age, pedigree, and performance of horses, colours of riders and names of trainers must accompany nominations. 5 Entries MUST be accompanied by cash, cheque, or Post Office order. 6 Every entry shall state the name or assumed name of the owner or owners. 7 Owners of horses which are liable under the Rules of Racing to be bracketed on the Totalisator must give notice to that effect not later than the hour of acceptance or entry for Maiden and Scurry, as the case may De, under penalty of not less than £lO or more than £lOO. PENALTIES. Flat Races. —The winner of any flat race (after declaration of weigths, if handicapped under Bst lOlbs) to carry 191bs penalty, and for every additional race 61bs extra If handicapped at Bst lOlbs or over, to carry only half the above penalties. Hurdle Races.—The winner of any hurdle race after declaration of weights to carry lOlbs penalty in the hurdle race, of two or more hurdle races 211bs penalty. Telegraph Office closes at 8 p.m. E. J.
