REFORM OF THE SENATE. (Received 14, 11.45 a.m.) Rome, Feb. 13. The Senate adopted a commission to report on reform of the Senate, which in future will consist of 350 members, whereof 120 will be nominated by the Crown, 30 elected by educational bodies, and 200 elected by wide constituencies free from local influence.
