POSTAL MANAGEMENT.
REFORM BY REPRESSION. (Received 11, 10.35 a.m.) Melbourne, Feb. 11. Postal employees express consternation at the decision to close post-offices at six o’clock, fearing extensive retrenchment.
Mr. Cook, deputy leader of the Federal Opposition, characterises the change as “ reform by repression.”
