(Received 10, 2JO p.m.) New York, Feb. 9. Ghouls at Erie in Pennsylvania looted a mausoleum containing the bodies of members of the Scott and Strong families. It is believed they are holding the body of Mrs. McCullam to ransom. Vandalism by these despoilers is unrestrained, and there is no clue to their identity-
