CORRECTED BY THE

ADMIRALTY. (Received 10, 9-25 a.m.) I Melbourne, Feb. 10. Mr. Tudor, Federal Minister for Customs, has received from the Admiralty a communication dealing with the reported error of the shipping chart of the New Zealand coast regarding the position if King Island. Admiral Poore reports that the Cambrian has investigated the matter, and found the true position of the island should to be South 34 degrees 9 minutes. East 172 degrees 8 minutes, 8 sec onds North, by 581 degrees. West 31.8 miles from Cape Reinga.
