EVIDENCE OF A TYPEWRITER •St. Petersburg. Feb. 7. ; Delacy’s typewriter was produced in court. The President dictated a , letter to Delacy. who took several minutes in typing two lines and j then broke down. Experts disagreed in identifying the typewriting with Delacy’s letter. The President dictated a letter which Delacy' wrote by hand to tesi his French spelling. Delacy repeated one of the principal errors contained in the letter. Numerous witnesses gave evidence as to his complete moral and financial entrust worthiness, and al leged that he arranged a conference at the hotel, at which several bogus Russian Ministers and high financiers were present. In consequence of representations made at the meeting, a Polish millionaire advanced Delacy I’7ooo.
