COACH ACCIDENT.

Westport, Feb. 4

It turns out that Mrs. Howarth, wife of Mr. How r arth, of the Customs Department at Christchurch, was seriously injured in yesterday’s coach accident. Her thigh bone was cracked or broken, and the pelvis bone probably fractured, possibly with internal injuries. Mr. Howarth had ribs injured. Mr. and Mrs. Howarth w*ere on their honeymoon tour. Mrs. Bai-, gent, of Nelson, was shaken.
