WEAKENING OF IMPERIALIST BOND. (Received 30, 9.50 a. in.) Ottawa, Jan. 29. Opinion expressed regarding the reciprocity agi cement shows that a cleavage exists. Un the one hand it is recognised that the cost of living will be reduced, and on the other hand a weakening of Imperialistic bonds.
