There was strong Yorkshire competition at the wool sales to-day. All good combing merinos wen 1 sold with a hardening tendency. Faulties were rather irregular. METALS. Copper, cash. £55 63. Tin. spot, £l9l 10 - ; three months £192. TALLOW. Tallow. — 10b8 casks were offered and 690 sold. Prices are unchanged. WHEAT. The American visible supply of wheat is 74,,437,000 bushels.
