Last night, at about 6.30, a lad named Frederick Stanfield Harris, aged 16 years, son of Mr. J. Harris, of Fernhill, met with a painful accident. It appears that the boy was climbing trees and in an endeavour to jump from one tree to another he fell and struck a bough, causing internal injuries tb himself. Dr. Wilson was summoned and had the sufferer removed this morning to Nurse Jefford’s Private Hospital. It was not found necessary to perform an operation, although it will be'some time before the boy will be able to get about again.
