Mr. Graham appeared for the complainant, and Mr. Haggitt for Gcl'endant.
The Magistrate asked what ground there was for a separation, and Mr. Graham read portion of a hit er which defendant had wiitten to his wife, in v. hich he stated he he. ed anol her woman, and mt« iidf <1 to live with her. Svbseqv.ently Mr. Graham staled to the Court that the party's had agreed to an order being mane for 25s a week for the support of the children. Defendant was ordered to pay £2 6s costs. Feilding Star.
