In connection with the compositors’ action brought against the: Scottish Typographical Association. the Court of Session at Edin-, burgh decided that the Osborne j judgment does not apply to an unregistered trade union. The Court held the plaintiff society was entitled to an injunction without making a declaration, and that the defendant society’s rule was ultra vires and illegal.
