‘ The following amendments to the I Napier Harbour Board’s by-laws • will be considered at a special ■ meeting of that body on Tuesday, i immediately prior to the ordinary . monthly meeting: ' All goods deposited in the sheds under by-law 185 shall be removed within eight working hours after I the weather has. in the opinion of ; the wharfinger, sufficiently moder- | ated to allow of the removal theret of. The storage charges upon goods after above-stated time will be at the undermentioned rates at . per day or part of a day : Not J exceeding 10 cubic feet or scwt. 3d : ’ from 10 to 20 cubic feet or from 5 1 to lOcwt. (id : from 20 to 30 cubic ‘ feet or from 10 to 15 cwt. 9d ; from
30 to 10 cubic feet or from 15 to > 20cwt. I ; and so on at the rate of I 3d for « very additional 10 feet (or > sewt) or any fraction thereof. 1 Free goods not taken delivery ; of within eight working hours after the vessel ,'mishes discharging v.il! ; be subject to storage at per day or t part of a day. according to the i rates set out under Bv-law No. 227.
