OIL KING’S QUARREL
NEELEY SHOT DEAD.

Nev* York, Jan. 8. Truscott, a wealthy oil-magnate, quarrelled with D. S. Neeley, another oil-magnate, at the Hotel Caney, in Kansas. Truscott shot Neeley dead. He was arrested but released on bail.
The dispute was over valuable oil lands, the claim to which started the trouble.
