ALLEGED UNFRIENDLY ACT. (Received 21. 9.45 a.m.) Berlin. Dec. 2<l. The “ Reventlow ’’ denounces the fraternisation of American and English during the recent visit of the American fleet ro England, and the neglect to visit Germany, which was a deliberately unfriendly act. ’amounting to a political demonstration when viewed in connection with the vapourings of American officers cabled on December 4th.
