"Dog Nuisance Act, 1871." NOTICE is hereby given that BOGS may be REGISTERED by the officeis appointed under the provisions of the above Act, on and after the 10th day of May, 1872, at the following places, viz. : The Police Station, Napier The Police Station, Meanee The Police Station, Waipavva The Police Station, Wahoa The penalty for owning, maintaining, or having charge of a dog six months old, unregistered, is any kuui not exceeding One Pound.
