DRSUANT to a Proclamation issued under my hand, dated the 21st day jof January, 1868. I, Dcc-mlh M'Leak, Superintendent of tho Province of Hawke’s Bay.do hereby Proclaim and Notify that the land comprised in the Schedule hereunto annexed will be offered to be Leased by Public Auction, for a term of 14 years, at tho Crown Lands Office, in Napier, on FRIDAY, the 3rd day of July next, at noon in the lots set forth in the schedule hereunto annexed, and that the person who shall bid the highest for each lot shall become the lesser of the same; and I further notify, that the sums of money set against each Jot shall represent tho lowest rent which will be accepted for eacli Dated this 6th day of March, in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and sixty-eight.
