IS HEREBY GIVEN that by Deed -Lx dated the 17th day of October instant, David Carswell of Napier, Baker, for the consideration therein mentioned, duly assigned and transferred to William Miller of Napier aforesaid, Carpenter, all and singular the debts due from the customers of the said David Carswell to him. And notice is further given to such customers requiring them to pay their accounts forthwith to the said Wiliam Miller, whose receipt will alone be a good discharge therefore.
