Talune is due at about 6 o’clock this morning from Southern ports, and leaves at 10.30 a.m. for Gisborne and Auckland. The s.s. Kahu arrived yesterday morning from Wellington, and leaves on her return trip this forenoon. The Union Company's s.s. Kotuku berths at the breastwork this morning, and leaves to-morrow for Greymouth. The Union_Company’s s.s. Moana is due early to-morrow morning from Northern ports and Sydney. She leaves at 2 p.m. for Wellington and South. The Union Company’s s.s. Herald should get away from Wellington tomorrow, and arrives here on Friday to load for Gisborne, East Coast bays and Auckland. The wind yesterday blew off the land, and there is every prospect that the Tangaroa will be able to leave for Wairoa early to-morrow morning. On her return the Tangaroa goes on the slip. The Orient liner Oroya will leave Sydney on October Bth for London. TELEGRAPHIC ADVICES. MELBOURNE. Tuesday. Ayrshire left Liverpool on Saturday for Wellington, via Australian ports.
